Harlow innovation Park is a new campus-style destination for business focusing on all areas of science, technology, research and innovation. Find a home for your business here and be at the heart of a progressive sci-tech community that directly links with the globally-renowned research centres of London and Cambridge.

With the opening of the UK Health Security Agency's £400million national science hub, Harlow’s reputation as a centre for scientific research is set to soar.

Development:

Vinci UK Developments and Wrenbridge are appointed as Harlow Council’s development partner. The site will accommodate a mix of spaces (leasehold and virtual freehold) over approximately 65,000 square metres.

Site Information:

The land is a greenfield site, 75% of which is in Harlow Council’s ownership. It’s this land which will see the first phase of delivery over the next 3–5 years, with the first two buildings completed. The site is a designated Enterprise Zone which means that business rate discounts can be available to occupiers.

Connectivity

Centrally located within the Innovation Corridor, the Innovation Park offers quick access to the M11, Stansted Airport (20 mins), and excellent rail connections to London (35 mins) and Cambridge (1hr). A new motorway junction (junction 7a) to the north of Harlow is now open and has considerably improved connectivity to Cambridge. Harlow Innovation Park will also have access to Ultrafast Broadband.
